Job: General Manager (CEO)

Job Purpose

To contribute to setting the company’s overall strategy and target budgets in line with its objectives, and to monitor progress toward achieving them. This is done by directing sales efforts to promote leasing products and other company services, ensuring a high level of customer service, and overseeing all administrative and financial functions to guarantee efficient operations in compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and business plan to market leasing products across sectors and ensure profitability growth.

2. Set company goals, define implementation timelines, delegate tasks to departments, and monitor execution.

3. Oversee the preparation, execution, and monitoring of the annual budget, addressing deviations to achieve targets.

4. Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Supervise sales and marketing plans, ensuring service quality and revenue growth.

6. Review and approve credit transactions in line with company policies and authority levels.

7. Hold regular meetings with staff to align efforts, monitor performance, and resolve challenges.

8. Oversee collections and legal actions related to delinquent clients to minimize financial risks.

9. Review financial reports and reconciliations to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.

10. Lead marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand the company’s market share.

11. Review market research and competitor activities, providing recommendations to management.

12. Ensure compliance of operations with company policies, procedures, and authority levels.

13. Review operational and control reports, taking necessary corrective actions.

14. Oversee implementation of audit recommendations to ensure compliance and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• At least 12 years of experience in leasing, including 7 years in a managerial role.

• Strong command of English.

• Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software.

• In-depth knowledge of leasing products and services.

• Strong sales and cross-selling skills.

• Proven leadership and management abilities.

• Knowledge of financial and banking markets.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Ability to motivate teams and foster teamwork.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
