Responsibilities/Experience

• Maintain and comply with the budget forecast
• Manage business and capital expenditures
• Effectively engage with subcontractors and manage the procurement processes  and safety issues
• Ensure that all mining regulations are adhered to and the laws of  the land followed and respected
• Develop and train leaders for continuity
• Ensure every departments has the competency and skilled people required to effectively manage.
• Provide technical and expertise on mine projects
• Actively engage project engineers to ensure design and cost are as specified
• Holder a degree in geology or equivalate
• Previous work as an expatriate
• A robust understanding of best practice in safe Mineral Resource managemnt
• French or Swahili added advantage
