My client is a leading-edge technology and business services firm that provides impact driven solutions to businesses, enabling them outpace speed of change. They are in the seek of a skilled and experienced Global Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while overseeing the P&L performance of those accounts.
Key Responsibilites:
•Prime responsibility is to manage global accounts and will be the ‘Go-to’ person for clients.
•Responsible for ensuring the success of the relationship.
•Participate in the account planning and budgeting activities, with the Client management team
•Update the steering committee with inputs on engagement
•Joint reviewing of project schedules and deliverables with Delivery partner or manager
•Participating in project reviews and meetings
•Acts as an escalation point for all projects
•Responsible for administrative and commercial issues with Client such as billing, onshore people management , legal discussions etc.
•Responsible for farming and opening new opportunities with the account
•Enable Net New Sales for the region and beyond working with sales head
- Ideal candidate would come with a relevant experience of between 15 years - 20 years
