Responsibilities
Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers within the Carrier (Wholesale) Market
Establishing new customer relationships and explore potential business opportunities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to find new customers and opportunitiess, focusing on sales prospects and market penetration
Project management as interface between customers and technical team
Promotion for products and solutions by organizing or participating in various events and activities BID management, coordinating internal resources to prepare tenders under ccustomer requirements
Developing commercial proposals by coordinating internal resources
Client negotiation, liasios with the internal department to ensure that the solution meets the customer's requirements
Establishment for sales models and support agreement for new customers Follow up the contract and ensure all the commitments are well respected
Project launch in collaboration with the presales and delivery teams,
Present commercial proposal: customer requests, project objectives, etc.
Work closely with HQ and other subsidiaries to maximize the company's performance, sales targets and business objectives Generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers throughout the contractual period, keep tracking on requirements and detecting new opportunities
Providing world-class customers after-sales service for maintaining and strengthening customer loyalty
Compiling the Sales Performance Report for management review
Responsible for account management and daily operational as well as sales operations
Qualifications:
English Language Level C1
A university degree or college diploma in business or telecommunication equivalent majors
Solid working experience with international telecommunication carriers
Profound understanding and/or experience in the following Carrier Services: Mobile (A2P/P2P, IPX, IoT, etc.), Data (transmission, IP Transit, MPLS, Ethernet, etc.), Voice (Hubbing, Bilateral deals, Transit, etc.),
Self-motivated, result-oriented and hands-on team player with entrepreneurial spirit
Effective working spirit in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple
Proficient in sales tools (salesforce, reporting, etc.)
Excellent in English.
