KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and lead skills gap assessment process, develop strategy to upskill where needed to support achievement of business goals.
• Market benchmark the best practices on learning strategies and develop solutions that’s helps Inteva build and attract outstanding talent.
• Design and develop Inteva’s technical learning strategy keeping future business needs as the overall vision. Keep sharp focus on Engineering technical capability and changing workforce plan dynamics.
• Design Competency frameworks with focus on quality of talent benchmarked against the best.
• Guide and support in creating individual development plans and assist in identifying opportunities and resources to fulfill individual development plans.
• Facilitate and promote internal opportunities for employee development including mentoring, job shadowing, job rotations, international assignments, etc.
• Establish, track, and report on key metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 12 to 15 plus years of experience of which at least 5years’ experience in a global talent management /L&D role.
• Master’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Female candidates with strong exposure in automotive/manufacturing industries.
