We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Senior II who doesn’t just create visuals but builds experiences that connect. In this role, you won’t just design — you’ll lead. You’ll drive the creative direction of projects, shape brand identity, mentor junior designers, and bring strategic thinking to every pixel. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring brand visions to life — whether it’s for digital campaigns, internal branding, or high-impact marketing collateral.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proven experience leading design projects from concept to completion
• Lead design initiatives across digital and print channels — from brainstorming to delivery
• Set and maintain a strong visual identity across projects and platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design aligns with strategic goals
• Mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, reviews, and shared best practices
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, campaigns, and communications
• Translate creative briefs into bold, innovative design ideas
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously with a sharp focus on timelines and quality
• Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and internal teams
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong command of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end design workflows
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to give and receive feedback constructively
• A portfolio that shows both creativity and strategic thinking
