Antal is seeking for a highly motivated and talented individual to fill the role of:

 Green Building Certification Analyst

(for green building certification including BREEAM, LEED, DGNB, Fitwel and WELL)

This position offers a very exciting opportunity to work with multiple clients on a wide range of building projects around the world.

Main responsibilities:

•             Collation, analysis and reporting of relevant certification evidence and submission to the green building certification body

•             Identification of and reporting on potential opportunities to improve an asset’s sustainability performance

•             Development and improvement of the Green Building Certification service line to streamline processes whist ensuring maximum value is delivered to clients

•             Project management for the ongoing maintenance of certification across the business

The ideal candidate would have the following essential skills:

•             Degree or Masters level qualification in a relevant subject

•             Good understanding of green building certification requirements, specifically BREEAM In-Use

•             Technical knowledge of sustainability issues and their application to real estate

•             Excellent English (written and oral communication) skills

•             Highly numerate
