Key Purpose Statement

To manage CAPEX globally from a Procurement perspective. This will involve being part of the Project Team with a focus on Procurement activities while facilitating as much as possible the overall project process.

Key Accountabilities

● Drive CAPEX commercial relationships and negotiations with suppliers, with a principal objective of achieving optimal cost and performance

● Contribute to the category evolution by enabling Innovative solutions from our suppliers (including low carbon alternatives, energy savings, …)

● Develop CAPEX Category Strategy and support execution

● Ensure Supplier Relationship Management for the category

● Implement Framework Agreement for strategic and recurring buy

Experience

● Experience in negotiating CAPEX contracts (including several interfaces)

● Experience in Project Management (as Technical, Project or Procurement Leader)

● Technical background with the willingness to learn more about how roofs are made and contribute to the future of the company

● Experience with EPC(M) contracts

● Experience in partnering with legal department

● Experience in working in multicultural environments. Experience in decentralised team and matrix organisation

Languages

Fluency in French and English.

Speaking German is a plus.
