Your profile and skills:
- Professional experience within 5-star establishments of international hotel chains (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton, etc.)
- Proficiency in written and spoken French, English - 3rd language preferred
- Innate sense of contact and strong customer sensitivity
- Demonstrable customer orientation
- Mastery of LQA, Forbes, or Richey standards
