- Experience managing larger teams ( as this team is 25 people)

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities 

- Experince in a similar role in a luxury 5 star hotel 

- Must be energetic 

- Handle all VIP and special guest arrangements and arrivals / departures

- Handling guest inquiries, suggestions and handling complaints  

- You don't need to speak Spanish but it is a plus 

Must have the legal right to work in Spain (No Visa's available)
