Responsibilities

• Build engage, manage and develop a high-performing recruitment team and partner closely with Senior Business leaders giving guidance on building talent pools and leading through changing market conditions
• Delivering a consultative and high-quality talent acquisition (TA) service to the business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top talent.
• Create systems to attract talent, identify critical talent needs, develop core competencies, and identify ways to improve staff retention and increase productivity
• Understand business complexities and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles, lead teams to build quality talent pipelines
• Lead, develop and implement organizational development strategies, providing thought leadership, and innovation in interventions
• Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process

You’ll Need To Have

Preferably MBA in HR /MSW or equivalent practical experience in HR space from a IT or Technology Hiring background.

• 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience in human resources specifically in Strategy, Team Management, Recruiting Partner, TA & Talent management.
• Good exposure in team handling dealing with stake holders will be a plus.
• The ability to recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solving problems, along with strong consulting, business acumen and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent Communication and leadership skills are preferred.
