Strong leadership skills is a must to lead a team of 12+ colleagues
Excellent knowledge in grill and fine dining
Strong presentation skills
Previous experience in a Luxury Hotel and fine dinning experience is very important
A strong proven track record in kitchens is important
Wellness cuisine knowledge is a plus
Must speak and write professionally in English
