Role: Head-Human Resources (Vice President)
Industry: Leading digital MSME lending business backed by the largest global investors. Led by star leadership
Primary purpose of the role: Lead the organization’s Human Resources function including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, engagement and retention.
Location: Gurgaon
Reporting to: CEO
Key Deliverables:
a) Provide leadership to develop the company as a preferred place to work for top-tier talent.
b) Drive the overall culture, values and philosophy of the organization. Develop systems to reinforce these elements through line functions.
c) Partner with leadership team to implement various talent management and retention strategies.
d) Responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle including talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee connect & engagement, performance management, growth & development and separation management.
e) Own and run the quarterly communication plan including Coffee with Leaders, CEO Meet with new joiners, R&R, Townhalls, Leadership Meets, Sports activities etc.
f) Provide strategic leadership around talent pool management and succession planning.
Skills and Experience:
a) 8-15 years of relevant experience in HR Function.
b) First-principles thinker with high degree of external awareness
c) Ability to strongly integrate business goals into HR strategy
d) Ability to work with stakeholders to align and deliver to expectations
e) Strong functional knowledge of HR and learning relationships in the HR community
f) Pro-active in problem solving
g) Strong communication and inter-personal skills
h) Data-driven and familiarity with hands-on usage of office tools
i) Experience in high-growth/start-up environments
