Responsibilities:
Statistical analysis and development of optimization models, integration of optimization models into planning and analysis processes
Medium term planning
Work with investors
Financial modeling and strategic planning of the business areas of the holding;
Preparation and implementation of optimal investment plans;
Management of risks that come not from poor execution of business processes, but from ineffective process design
Preparing presentation materials;
Analysis of the agricultural market;
In-depth analysis of business processes and evaluation of asset efficiency;
Participate in the development of new projects to strengthen the core business.

Requirements:

Experience of 3 years or more in a relevant specialty (finance, strategy, investments)
Graduate degree from leading Russian and foreign universities,
English proficiency, at least upper-intermediate level
Interest in agriculture
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
High level of learning capability
Flexibility of mind
Accuracy and attention to detail
