My client is a multi-billion dollar global technology company with plans to grow their centre in India. They are looking to hire a Head of Engineering with excellent leadership experience to help build a top-notch engineering team of 200+ resources and lead in revamping 250+ applications with latest technology stack. This role will be potentially based out of Pune.

Whom are we looking for?

• 20+ years of experience in product / platform engineering services with experience in technologies not limited to Embedded Engineering, C, C++, Linux, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, containers, Virtualization, Cloud (AWS), Kotlin, Android Kernel and UI Development etc.
• Extensive experience in Delivery of Digital Transformation projects, especially in Agile / SAFe Transformation.
• Deep experience in architecting, building, transforming, and managing applications from monolithic to microservices architecture
• Abreast with latest technologies and experienced with cloud-native framework, working in Agile environment
• Extensive experience in building and managing large engineering teams of 200+
• Excellent people management and leadership experience in governing, scaling and leading engineering teams to transform 250+ applications
