Job Description:

• Lead dynamic engineering teams to achieve results
• Lead and mentor the team members in developing and designing system design and architecture.
• Partner with Product and business teams to understand what we need to promise and deliver to customers.
•  Guide technical roadmaps for the team and help transition our platform to microservices architecture using next-gen technologies.
• Work with other technical leaders to ensure our coding and development processes are scaling and evolving with modern development practices.
• Help teams troubleshoot and find ways to move faster.
