• Continuously analyse and optimize the job board's performance, utilizing user feedback and data-driven insights to enhance the overall user experience and job matching accuracy.
• Collaborate with tech companies and recruiters to foster strong partnerships, ensuring a diverse range of high-quality job listings on the platform.

YOU ARE :

• An experienced professional with 1.5 to 2 years' professional experience in a large generalist job board.
• You recognize the untapped potential of creating a specialized international job site in an untapped niche market.
• Possess a sharp business sense, acquired by observing the operations of the company as a whole.
