We are looking for a Head of Business Solutions - SAP who can develop practice strategies, generating demand for IT solutions in this Business Solution area.

· Experience of operating within a global SAP service delivery role, providing administrative and customer-facing support across a number of delivery processes

· Understanding of IT-specific service Delivery Processes and Framework

· Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the International Business Teams

· Proven success in contributing within a team environment

· Demonstrated leadership skills

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries

· Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation Programs

· The person should have experience in software development teams and processes

· He/she will set up and lead several teams with a total of 50+ people in the next 2-3 years

Essential:

· Should have 15 to 20 Years of experience in Business Software Solutions

· Work experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and above is mandatory

· Minimum Project Management and delivery exposure is required in the last 5 years.

· Should deal with multiple global teams of software solutions

· Intercultural experience especially with European or US companies mandatory

Good to have:

· Exposure in Manufacturing sector as SAP Head

· Exposure in Delivery Role from the IT Service Sector (e.g. Delivery Manager / Program Manager)
