Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and promotion of products as part of the International team as part of the global Category Management initiative in the Russian market;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the market structure, improve the company's current offer, analyze: - competitors (strategic direction, market share, product and service offerings); - customers (expectations, buying behavior, brand knowledge and perception); - market trends (growth/decline areas, macro factors and their impact);
- Identify and develop new opportunities to realize the potential of increasing the market presence of the curated product groups;
- Assure the effective management of the product categories throughout their lifecycle by: - regularly reviewing the product range, maintaining a relevant and current offer; - developing a new product launch strategy developed in collaboration with all stakeholders; - implementing the product range / price / sales policy developed in collaboration with Marketing and Sales; - withdrawing products that do not meet current market requirements from the market;
- Supporting colleagues in Marketing and Sales; continuous interaction with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and the General Manager;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all stages of the supply and sale of goods;
- Maintaining up-to-date information about the product and market situation for all stakeholders within the branch in the RF and the business as a whole;
- Work on brand awareness and increase brand value, building relationships with key players: customers, suppliers, associations;
- Manage and motivate department employees in a subordinate position.
- Participation in exhibitions, conferences within the Russian Federation and abroad.
Requirements:
- Higher technical or economic education;
- Preferably experience in a similar product segment, with a large number of SKU in the work (important!);
- Experience in an international company;
- Fluent English;
- Preferably knowledge of SAP;
- Well-developed leadership and communication skills, result-oriented, ability to argue your point of view, attentiveness, analytical skills;
- Willingness to travel frequently in Russia and Europe.
