Job duties
Define the strategy of communication as the framework that will support communication toward different segments of the bank
Define a communication plan for digital channels, social media such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Manage the direct campaign to support the development of the new products and services
Define a hybrid framework of communication including digital channel and social media
Manage the budget of communication and all stakeholders involved
Maintain the corporate websites toward target market
Oversee the production of spot advertising, support of communication, video, documentary, reportage, etc.
Manage and validate all contain in the web pages and graphics
Maintain organized documentation to ensure that web pages are offering a good reading experience to the different segments of the customers.
Monitor carefully the key metrics toward different segment including digital channel
Oversee development of integration on the website
Make a report of all activity of communication
Assist in the editing and post-production of video and media projects
Organize travel schedules, meetings with production team members
Prepare and distributed briefing notes and scripts with production team on daily basis
Make a report on digital social media impact
Required qualifications.
10 years of experience as Head of Communication in the banking sector. solid background on Information technology, Social media, integration and development of website. Be able to work in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership.
