Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an incentive system for various categories of personnel;
Develop a process of goal setting and results evaluation;
develop and implement a system of grades;
Establish and monitor the personnel cost budget;
analyze cost and competitive trends in compensation and benefits programs, and determine the company's position in the labor market;
negotiate contracts with insurance and financial institutions to manage benefits programs;
advise department managers and employees on compensation system, salary changes, SRAs, etc;
Develop organizational design: analyze the effectiveness of the company structure, identify risks for changes, formalize proposals to optimize the structure, implement changes;
Prepare reporting and analytics on HR indicators.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
Experience in developing incentive systems;
Skill in building performance management;
analytical thinking, attentiveness, communication skills.
Experience in HR process automation is desirable;
Experience in preparing presentations, advanced MS Excel users.
