Responsibilities: 

• Ensure high-quality deliveries for multiple products and projects concurrently, adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation (DDI), solutioning, and managed services activities.
• Proactively monitor and track multiple projects, mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Oversee and review program / project delivery aspects, implementing appropriate governance and escalation models.
• Focus on service delivery improvement initiatives, working closely with the respective teams.
• Manage people and stakeholders within the organization and clients, building strong and agile teams.
• Lead client management efforts, ensuring adherence to client processes and metrics of performance and quality.
• Identify opportunities for reusability across products and programs.
• Own the technical solutioning process in response to RFPs/RFIs.
• Identify parts of solutions ready for "productization," supporting design, development, and adoption of products.
• Support the development and execution of product strategy.
• Establish and maintain a blended iterative SDLC and Product Development methodologies for consistent project management.
• Ensure high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement throughout each phase of implementation.
• Collaborate with global product development teams to implement new product development strategies that complement existing service offerings.
• Work with the global product team to build implementation guides and ensure adherence on projects.
• Partner with development COE on best practices and standards, being accountable for their implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably within the Healthcare Domain with MMIS experience, ideally on large engagements.
• Strong technical knowledge and business qualification with a proven track record of hands-on experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, program management, and global delivery.
• Comfortable with both product engineering, product development, and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on product development experience enabling effective decision-making on product implementation.
• Passionate about leading delivery excellence, DDI, and solutioning.
• Proficient in managing delivery excellence parameters such as quality, productivity, estimation, and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in solving delivery, solutioning, and product integration problems.
• Experienced in ensuring high utilization and healthy profit margins.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with appropriate tools to communicate ideas and propose creative solutions.
• Hands-on resource management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
