You must have:
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of work experience in a pharmaceutical company in the position of pharmacy chains manager
- Experience in project work, experience in creating a business area from scratch, development and implementation of the strategy
- Experience in personnel recruitment and management, motivation, appraisal and development of employees
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market of Russia, pharmacy retail, the state system of health care and drug supply,
- Knowledge and ability to apply in practice the methods of short-term and long-term planning, methods of studying demand, methods of rationing stocks, economic methods of business management
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point), database skills
- Personal qualities - leadership, understanding of business principles, ability to influence and persuade, organization and planning, results orientation, strategic thinking, communication skills, resistance to stress
- Willingness to travel frequently
- English at least Intermediate.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Organization and expansion of sales activities of medicines of the company through the pharmacy network
- Defining the structure and function of the department for work with pharmacy chains, based on the specifics and strategic goals of the company, the development of the management system within the framework of the direction using economic methods
- Management of the department for work with pharmacy chains of the company, setting goals for employees of the department, responsibility for the final results of the department, the organization of effective interaction of the department with other departments of the company, evaluation, motivation and development of staff
- Analysis of the market, competitors, company sales, assessment of the potential of pharmacy chains, setting priorities in working with them
- Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with key people in the retail chains, distributors, negotiating
- Developing a strategy for working with pharmacy chains within the framework of the company's general strategy, responsibility for the efficiency of its implementation
- Developing a pricing policy for the pharmacy chains
- Developing a commercial policy for the networks (delivery terms, payment terms, pricing, bonus policy, volume fixing, credit policy)
- Sales planning for clients, coordination of sales plans with them within the framework of defining the bonus policy
- Business planning, planning and control of budget execution for pharmacy chains
- Control of accounts receivable, monthly reporting
- Concluding and maintaining key partner contracts, overseeing partner's fulfillment of contractual obligations.
