Our client is a leading premium fashion brand who is looking for the right individual to join their EMEA digital leadership team to set up strategic direction of their digital operations.

We are looking for a proactive and passionate retail professional who is focused on customer experience in a rapidly changing environment.

This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all digital

ecommerce/omni-channel platforms across EMEA as well as the successful implementation of all customer service initiatives/processes.

Do you have:

• Leadership experience within a digital operations role, preferably 6+ yrs in a luxury retail environment
• Experience working with multiple digital platforms across a fast pace and multilingual environment
• Experience working with project launches, digital payments, fraud prevention and omni-channel initiatives.
• Have strong stakeholder management with internal and external individuals.
• Have a high level of complex problem-solving skills and enjoys working with technology and progressive innovation.
• Excellent time management skill, able to work to tight deadlines and to work both strategically and with day-to-day hands-on elements.
• Are passionate about retail and providing excellent customer journeys
