Head of Digital Operations

This role will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all digital
ecommerce/omni-channel platforms across EMEA as well as the successful implementation of all customer service initiatives/processes.
Do you have:
- Leadership experience within a digital operations role, preferably 6+ yrs in a luxury retail environment
- Experience working with multiple digital platforms across a fast pace and multilingual environment
- Experience working with project launches, digital payments, fraud prevention and omni-channel initiatives.
- Have strong stakeholder management with internal and external individuals.
- Have a high level of complex problem-solving skills and enjoys working with technology and progressive innovation.
- Excellent time management skill, able to work to tight deadlines and to work both strategically and with day-to-day hands-on elements.
- Are passionate about retail and providing excellent customer journeys
