Our client is a global leader and a recipient of multiple awards in the field of data analytics and engineering consulting, catering to a large customer base spanning across multiple geographies, including Fortune 500 companies. They have state of the art technology centers based in Bangalore and Chennai, looking to rapidly expand their team and operations.

As an Engineering leader, with an overall 18-20 years of experience, you would play a significant role in building custom applications and capabilities in Engineering Services, providing solutioning to global customers, creating roadmaps, managing and upskilling an exceptional 300+ members team of data analytics & engineering professionals, whilst being hands-on and up to date with the latest technologies in the market.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge in cloud frameworks, DevOps and automation.
• Experience leading teams in developing custom built engineering applications for global customers, using any tech-stack.
• Good project experience in working with Big Data Technologies such as Hadoop, Apache Kafka, Spark, Splunk etc 
• Must be a hands-on technical person, ready to get into the weeds if required.
