Looking to hire a Head of Finance to join their team,

Responsibilities :

• Manage finances, budgets, and expenses.
• Secure loans and negotiate favourable terms.
• Optimize fund management and reduce costs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts.
• Handle taxes and minimize expenses.
• Build and manage finance shared services.
• Create business plans and support liquidity.
• Analyse monthly reports for insights.
• Track budget vs. actual expenses.
• Review financial statements and improve audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor finance team.
• Assist CFO with strategic initiatives.

Desired Profile :

• Hold a CA/CMA/ICMA degree from reputable institutions.
• Possess 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Demonstrate a robust background in Finance, Accounting, Taxation Compliance, and Risk Analysis.
• Exhibit strategic thinking abilities with consulting exposure.
• Showcase prior experience in automating financial functions.
• Preferably, have knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Understand audit practices.
• Have hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP.
• Capable of leading process and system automation initiatives.
• Possess strong managerial skills, adept at stakeholder management, and possess a deep understanding of business operations.
• Candidates with backgrounds in financial services, shared services, or consulting are preferred.
