Responsibilities:
Supervising the maintenance of a full KDP and methodological support for all companies in the group,
Mathematization and standardization of processes in the direction of personnel administration;
Audit, unification, integration of existing HR systems;
Initiation and management of projects to automate personnel accounting;
Development of LPs, job descriptions, policies, regulations and rules;
Support for employees on labor relations issues;
Interaction with state services, funds, control and supervisory bodies.
Requirements:
Professional expertise in the field of personnel records management;
Excellent knowledge of the Russian Federation Labor Code;
Change management skills;
3+ years experience as a Head of HR Administration / Project Manager of HR DPO in large companies with more than 1000 people;
Expert level of proficiency in 1C;
Project and people management skills;
Systems thinking, ability to analyze and organize large amounts of information;
Excellent communication skills, the ability to ignite and engage, the ability to argue their own opinion.
Proactivity and result orientation,
Willingness to travel.
