Job Description:

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

· Experience of operating within global service delivery role, providing administrative and customer facing support across a number of delivery processes

· Understanding of IT specific service delivery processes and framework

· Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the International Business Teams

· Proven success in contributing within a team environment

· Demonstrated leadership skills

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries

· Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation Programs

· Person should have experience in software development teams & processes

· He/she will set up and lead several teams with a total of 50+ people in the next 2-3 years

Essential:

· Should have 15 to 20 Years of experience in Industry Software Solutions

· Manufacturing Industry IT experience in consulting and project implementation in areas like Industry 4.0, IoT, Digital Manufacturing (MES), Engineering (R&D), IoT, BI

· Minimum Project Management & Delivery exposure is required in last 5 years.

· Should deal with multiple global teams of software solutions

· Intercultural experience especially with European or US companies mandatory
