Responsibilities:
Maintain personnel records in their entirety.
Maintain complex layoffs.
Advise heads of departments and employees on personnel management, labor legislation.
Draw up and maintain a staffing schedule and organizational structure.
Submit reports (SZV-TD), prepare responses to FIU requests.
Develop/update LPs.
Work with the electronic document management system.
Monitor changes in labor legislation of the Russian Federation, make timely adjustments to activities, inform the company's management.
Automate KDP.
Participate in other HR processes.
Requirements:
Higher profile education (in priority "personnel management").
3 or more years experience in similar positions.
Experience in construction companies is desirable.
Essential knowledge of 1C:ZUP 8.3, 1C Document workflow, Contour/SBIS.
Superb user of MS Office (Word; Excel; Outlook).
Knowledge of the RF Labor Code.
Experience in automation of KDP would be desirable.
High level of written and oral literacy.
Good communication skills, ability to multitask, responsibility.
