Requirements:

• Knowledge of civil, tax, labor, administrative, antimonopoly, currency legislation, legal regulation of foreign economic activity.
• Experience with 223-FZ and 275-FZ is welcome.
• Experience in representation in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts, regulatory, law enforcement agencies, local governments, as well as in state and public organizations.
• Experience in leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

•  Implementation of legal expertise of draft documents of a local nature, published in the organization.
• Implementation of methodological management of the process of organizing contractual work, providing legal assistance to structural units in the preparation and execution of various kinds of legal documents.
• Litigation activity.
• Representing the interests of the Company during inspections carried out by state regulatory and supervisory authorities for the purpose of legal control over compliance with procedural actions by inspectors, the validity and correctness of the conclusions of inspectors, and execution.
• Participation in activities for the formation and coordination of the budget of expenses for the unit, control of its use.
• Preparation of legal opinions on the application of legislation, on various business contracts, labor and other issues arising in the activities of the Company.
• Management of subordinate employees, ensuring the effective operation of the area of legal support for the Company's activities.
