Responsibilities:
- Organization and construction of management reporting process in the Company;
- Allocation of job descriptions between employees and control over their implementation;
- Organize and supervise Business planning and forecasting processes in conjunction with the Finance Director;
- Organisation and supervision together with the CFO of the process of preparation of the Budget of the Company and its adjustment;
- Interaction with business units in order to develop new and adjust existing forms of management reporting (on products, business results, liquidity control, etc.). Control over timing of its preparation and delivery to users;
- Interaction with Financial Reporting in order to unify the process of preparation of IFRS-based management reporting;
- Interaction with the IT Department for setting and controlling the tasks of automation of management reporting forms. Control over quality of data replication;
- Interaction with business units and assisting them in preparation of financial models for individual businesses and projects;
- Preparing quarterly reports on products and services of competitor companies;
Requirements:

- Higher education (economics or finance);

- Minimum of 5 (five) years experience in financial sector in a similar position (required);

- English is a must (intermediate level, for frequent communication and correspondence with contractors, as all management reports are in English);

- Excellent knowledge of business planning procedures, budgeting, revenue and expense allocation to different business segments;

- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);

- Knowledge of stock market products and services;
- Responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, ability to defend his own point of view.
