Responsibilities:

• Building a project management system;
• Organization of project evaluation in the investment phase;
• Formation of the project plan;
• Construction of the project structure, participation in the selection of personnel, development and implementation of KPIs;
• Control of business processes and their development;
• Coordinating the interaction of all parties involved in the project in order to implement it on time;
• Identification of shortcomings of the project and making decisions on their elimination;
• Budgeting;
• Cost optimization, increasing the profitability of projects;
• Risk management at all stages of project implementation.

Requirements:

• Education: medical, biological, biotechnological + project management + management;
• Practical experience in medical project management (5+ years);
• Ability to create and manage project teams;
• Organizational skills and analytical thinking;
• Successfully completed projects in the recent past.
