Responsibilities:

• Methodological support for the implementation of 1C:ERP in the areas of accounting and finance, treasury, management accounting and budgeting;
• Audit and description of existing processes of primary accounting of documents at enterprises (accounting document flow);
• Identification of optimization paths (bottlenecks, redundant documents, automation paths, etc.), generation of proposals;
• Development of a program of projects and subsequent management of the program to optimize accounting processes and accelerate the timing of reporting;
• Interaction with IT specialists and IT providers in the process of forming terms of reference for automation, project implementation, testing, user training.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in the field of RAS, experience as an accounting methodologist;
• 3+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant / Deputy Chief Accountant in a manufacturing company;
• Mandatory knowledge of the processes of accounting for primary accounting documents in an industrial enterprise;
• Successful experience in optimizing and automating primary accounting processes at an industrial enterprise;
• Good knowledge of 1C: ERP;
• Experience in automating budgeting, management accounting, treasury based on 1C ERP in terms of implementation methodology;
• Project management skills;
• Systems thinking, the ability to analyze and systematize large amounts of information;
• Readiness for long business trips.
