§  Job duties

• Identify the proper E-learning  curriculum of personal development and behavior change
• Increase collaboration between colleagues through using intranet, collaborative platform or proper technology  
• Develop a framework of organizational development including training program
• Create a proper  environment where workers and organization will reach fullest potential, innovative workplace
• Support the management toward the implementation of flat structure to encourage collaboration between workers
• Reduce the rate of conflict between workers within the organization
• Organize the behavior survey within the organization between managers and contributors  
• Analyze the employees’ perception, behave and thoughts within the organization
• Create an environment with an emphasis on people concern and development
• Design a training road map for managers and contributors
• Implement a digital personal development tool
• Share the value of all organization and the way that they will impact positively  all the work environment , culture within the organization from communication, attitude to the perception
• Create an environment where people will express  the ideas freely
• Responsibility  to design and  to implement  Organizational Development (OD) framework aligned with the business drivers and lead a high performance within the organization. 

• Required qualifications.

• 10 years of experience in the banking sector, OD.  Solid background on Information technology, in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
