In the Directorate of Information Technology, we need the head of the development and maintenance of portal solutions.

The main task: to ensure the stability and continuity of IT services, to develop the skills of employees, to build communication with related departments

Responsibilities:

Exercise leadership and team development within the department;
Achievement of key metrics and goals for the division;
Develop and create monitoring tools
Requirements:
Team management experience of 2 years or more (leading Tier 1-2 support of various IT systems and applications;
Mandatory programming experience (preferred technology stack from: Java, Python, Go, C#, PHP);
Experience with DBMS (One of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL) (knowledge of MongoDB and ClickHouse will be a plus);
Knowledge of Zabbix, Matomo (Piwik), Selenium, Grafana tools;
Knowledge of the product approach and SCRUM, Agile methodologies;
Knowledge of DevOps practices;
Experience in configuring containers (preferably OpenShift)
Experience in IT service management or business applications;
Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles and understanding of Incident management, Problem management, Change management processes;
