RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a team of recruitres
• Discussing recruitment needs with hiring managers and business leaders
• Weekly updates to HR Director on hiring progress, highlighting areas needing support and discussing key successes
• Recruit on and close TOP and the most critical roles
• Create and improve policies and procedures
• Work with key market indicators for the recruitment data
• Work with external recruitment agencies
• Manage recruitment activities and controlling the budget over the year
• Participate in global recruitment projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Recruitment Manager Leader / Head of recruitment experience
• Experience of managing a team
• Strong communication skills
• English is a big plus
• Employment in a well-known company
