Responsibilities:
- Development of the recruitment system at all levels (mass and point selection)
- Introduction of new methods of recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel
- Maintaining effective interaction between HR and the business
- Independent management of recruitment for key positions
- Recruitment budget management
Required Experience:
- Experience in a similar position at a large company for 3 years or more, with at least 500 employees (retail experience will be an advantage)
- Team orientation, successful experience managing people;
- Ability to translate business strategy into the language of HR tasks;
- Leadership qualities, ability to work with large amounts of information, development of analytical skills
