Job Description
Tasks:
- Forming recruitment strategy
- Implementing best practices and improving recruitment processes
- Full cycle recruitment and integration of employees into the company
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high potential candidates
- Assistance to hiring managers, advising on best practices in interviewing
- Working with marketing to develop and promote an effective HR-brand strategy for the company.
- Generating creative ideas and strategies to attract strong candidates. Social media activity to promote the company's HR brand
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 3 years' experience in B2B IT recruitment,
- Experience in IT recruitment: sales managers, presales engineers, technical specialists
