Tasks:

• Development of the recruitment system at all levels (mass and point-to-point recruitment)
• Introduction of new methods of recruitment, selection and evaluation of personnel
• Maintaining effective interaction between HR and business
• Independent recruitment of staff for key positions
• Recruitment budget management

Required Experience:

• Experience in a similar position at a large company for 3 years or more, with at least 500 employees (retail experience will be an advantage)
• Team orientation, successful experience managing people;
• Ability to translate business strategy into the language of HR tasks;
• Leadership qualities, ability to work with large amounts of information, development of analytical skills
