ROLE OBJECTIVE:
As the Senior Regional Sales Head, you will chart the course for robust sales strategies on a régional scale, with a focus on the Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments sector. Your mission is to achieve top-tier revenue, sales volumes, market dominance, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Lead and anchor the regional sales division, focusing on the Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments sector.
- Amplify cosmetic and personal care pigment with a specific emphasis on the USA but also with a focus on Brazil & Mexico.
- Forge and nurture business alliances on a regional scale.
- Streamline indirect sales channels by strengthening distribution networks and forging ties with regional distributors and direct key accounts.
- Craft sales blueprints aligned with our client’s global visions, ensuring they resonate with the overarching business ethos.
- Collaborate with global headquarters to address technical, commercial, and logistical aspects.
- Implement initiatives to enhance payment efficiency, ensuring adherence to credit terms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A decade or more of experience in technical sales or business growth to key accounts on an international scale, with a particular focus on the Cosmetics & Personal Care Pigments sector.
- An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
- A proven track record in selling pigments or specialty raw materials to niche sectors.
- A dynamic, organized and assertive candidate with a nuanced technical-commercial acumen.
