Job Description
§ Job duties
- Implement the Human Resource Information management System
- Identify and manage the career of the key talents within the organization
- Review the key talents performance, skills and capacities in order to connect them with the best opportunities within the organisation
- Create the opportunity and sense making through identifying the key talent for change management process .
- Create a succession plan through identifying the top talent within the organization
- Work closely with line managers through performance management, and identifying to talents
- Increase the job satisfaction through promoting best talents to the new positions
- Create opportunity for top talents to progress in their career and recognition within all the organization
- Work closely with line manager, head of department toward the personal development plan of key talents in order to be prepared for the key responsibilities
- Work closely with Head of talent management at the group level in order to implement a succession plan framework
- Work to the evaluation process to be implemented and used by stakeholders( line manager, head of department, and contributor)
- Implement digital platform of human resource information management system
- Maximize the career impact program through managing performance and promoting top performing talents
- Organize the talent review with stakeholders in order to prepare the succession plan, and promote the key talents within the organization
- Organize top talent meeting with the management through identifying top talents and opportunuties
- Required qualifications.
- 10 years of experience in the banking sector, talent management, performance management. Solid background on Information technology, in a multicultural environment. demonstrated a strong leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
