Location: Mumbai / Kolkata

Requirements:

• 15-20+ years of experience, with a strong background in managing the global delivery of large scale Application Development & Maintenance projects for a diverse clientele.
• Led and managed the Software Development and IT teams (spanning 500 - 1000+ resources) to deliver software and architecture that meets the needs of users
• Proven experience managing multiple projects on time and within budget and managing P&L and revenue streams.
• Proven experience in interacting with stakeholders and clients from multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively manage service performance to meet or exceed SLAs and other contractual obligations
• Strong skills in building and nurturing customer relationships, with a focus on addressing customer concerns and contributing to business growth.
