About the role:

● This is a leadership role which involves active partnership with the rest of the Omuni leadership team to drive & accelerate the massive scale Omuni is seeing

● It’s also a functional leadership & people management role involving leading an entire team of Product managers & Product designers.

Responsibilities

● Actively shape up the product strategy balancing the needs of current & future customers, Omuni’s vision & business strategy

● Define and drive the entire product roadmap of Omuni

● Build & lead a team of product managers & product designers to drive scale & success across all products

● Drive and inculcate end to end user experience thinking in all products & consumer journeys

● Work with the engineering leadership & teams to drive execution excellence & output mindset

● Deliver business outcomes by keeping the customer success & output mindset as the focal point of all the efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● 11+ years of proven experience at building high-impact products at scale, preferably in B2B SaaS startups.

● 2+ years of people management experience(Leadership experience) - building & managing a high performance team of product managers

● Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technology and coming up with long term Product roadmaps aligned to the overall strategic direction

● Good technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with Engineering teams for implementation and trade-offs

● Ability to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment

● B.Tech/BE and MBA or equivalent experience from premier schools
