Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop new innovations and differentiation in edible oils, lamp oils and hair oils

2. Develop cost-effective, safe, and elegant packaging for oils and other products

3. Identify and develop for commercial purposes various by-products from the refining value chain

4. Identify and develop new FMCG products for diversification

5. Develop biofuel products, especially biodiesel

6. Provide process improvement and quality upgradation support for various oils

7. Conceptualize and drive clinical trials for validating the health benefits of company products

8. Network with institutes of food technology, oil technology, and nutrition for new collaborative ideas

9. Conduct due diligence on contract development and contract manufacturing sites as necessary

Requirements

The candidate should have a PhD in food technology and possess 15 to 20 years of experience in edible oil, hair oil and FMCG companies. The candidate should have high collaborative and networking skills.
