The Head Supply Chain Excellence & Transformation will lead the strategic transformation of supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, warehousing, planning, and contracts. The role focuses on institutionalizing best-in-class systems, analytics, and operational frameworks to enhance efficiency, agility, cost optimization, and resilience in alignment with the organizations growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation & Process Excellence:
- Develop and execute the Supply Chain Excellence roadmap aligned with business and operational strategy.
- Lead continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Standardize policies and workflows across procurement, logistics, and inventory for scalability and integration.
- Drive benchmarking and global best practice adoption to elevate performance and governance standards.
Supply Chain Analytics & Performance Management:
- Define, track, and review key supply chain KPIs (COGS, OTIF, Lead Time, Supplier Performance, Inventory Turns).
- Build analytics frameworks using Power BI, Excel, and ERP dashboards to drive data-led decision-making.
- Conduct periodic supply chain reviews across business units and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
Digital Transformation & Systems Integration:
- Lead the digitalization and automation of supply chain processes through ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, JDE).
- Partner with IT and analytics teams to implement AI, RPA, and predictive tools for proactive risk management.
- Enhance visibility and collaboration across the value chain through system integration and process harmonization.
Planning & Optimization:
- Oversee integration of Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization.
- Drive synchronization between procurement, production, and logistics to improve service levels and working capital efficiency.
- Enable agile planning frameworks to respond to market and supply disruptions effectively.
Capability Building & Governance:
- Build and lead a high-performing SCM Excellence team to drive innovation and operational discipline.
- Conduct governance reviews, measure initiative outcomes, and ensure benefit realization across functions.
- Design and execute training and capability enhancement programs across supply chain teams.
