Functionality:

Definition of occupational health and safety policy on local level. Setting of control over fulfillment of labor protection and industrial safety goals for all subdivisions. Preparing an OHS improvement plan, taking into account actual requirements and division of responsibilities;
Timely implementation of occupational health and safety measures. Achievement of targets for production culture audits, safety conversations;
Ensuring quality training of production personnel and contractors' employees in safe work methods and techniques: conducting briefings, on-the-job training, testing their knowledge of occupational safety requirements;
Analyzing data on incidents, detected unsafe practices and conditions. Providing analytics to the plant team, developing corrective measures;
Preparing reports to state authorities on industrial and occupational health and safety, maintaining corporate records.

The company expects from the employee:

Experience in a similar position of 3 years or more in a complex manufacturing facility; Experience in supervising employees
Technical background
Knowledge of industrial safety requirements, regulations and rules, government decrees and Rostechnadzor orders
Experience in building and maintaining a health and safety management system
Experience in coordinating emergency situations and first aid
Experience in interacting with regulatory agencies - Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision; federal executive authorities; representatives of contractors and service providers who work on the site.
English - working level.
