We are currently seeking a HR & TA Executive in Chennai with 2-4 years of experience handling a wide spectrum of roles including sales, finance, investment, accounts, operations, risk, marketing, legal counsel, compliance, among others. This role requires proficiency in Hindi as you'll collaborate closely with teams in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various non-IT domains, showcasing expertise in identifying top talent across diverse sectors.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably across diverse sectors.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
