Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience in planning and budgeting personnel costs in companies with more than 1000 employees from 2 years
- Experience in business planning, financial reporting, HR structures
- The procedure for developing long-term and annual plans for the number and costs of labor / application of methods for determining the optimal number of employees
- Knowledge of methodological and regulatory materials on the organization of labor and wages, labor legislation; modern approaches to the determination of official salaries, additional payments, allowances and coefficients to wages, calculation of bonuses.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and data analytics
- Proficiency in English from Upper Intermediate (reporting, creating and defending presentations for the company's Head Office)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of corporate reporting on personnel (on the number of the company and expected costs for the current month, a detailed report on actual labor costs; on costs associated with staffing contracts; on types of hours worked; on corporate social responsibility)
- Preparing and conducting presentations on the number and costs of personnel (for the Management Board and Head office)
- Monitoring and analysis of headcount indicators and personnel costs, HR budget costs
- Participation in the development and implementation of measures to optimize budgets
- Participation in the planning of the number of personnel and personnel costs in accordance with Russian and international reporting standards for all branches of the company in Russia. Cost planning for staffing contracts
- Participation in the formation of the consolidated HR budget (except for labor costs)
- Preparation of forecasts, formation of a consolidated cost forecast for all budget items of the Directorate for personnel and org. development (excluding labor costs)
- Optimization and automation of data analytics and reporting processes, coordination with IT
- Support and monitoring of personal data of employees in the SAP HR system
- Management and control of the system for granting access, authorization of user requests in 1C ZUP and SAP HR systems
