Responsibilities:

• Manage the selection budget;
• Budgeting and controlling major expense items;
• Closing vacancies at different levels: Linear, Experts, Managers. Areas: e-commerce, marketing, online marketing, development, commerce, IT, key accounts, customer service, logistics, finance-less and others;
• Analyze turnover and support managers in turnover reduction processes;
• Participate in the resolution of complex cases (conduct exit interviews with employees in management positions);
• Monitor the labor market, monitor the competitiveness of salary offers in the market;
• Take measures and apply tools that influence risk reduction;
• Leading various HR projects to improve business and HR processes (automation, digitalization, integration, performance work, new programs, and others).
• Development and growth of online sales of products in the online store, on marketplaces and marketplaces;
• Budgeting and controlling major expense items;

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position of 5 years or more;
• Analytical mind;
• Higher education;
• Experience working with mass personnel;
• Fluency in English.
