Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administration of the HR record keeping process (up to 400 employees).
- Control over the work of providers (migration support, outsourcing).
- Support and consulting of business partners on labor relations.
- Participation in global projects and EDF implementation projects.
- Legislation tracking and development of relevant LNA.
- Accompanying internal and external audits.
- Corporate reporting.
Requirements:
- Higher education (legal, personnel management, management).
- Experience in personnel administration from 5 years in international companies or in agencies providing this service.
- Knowledge of the legislative framework (KDP, migration). Experience in developing LNA, politics.
- Pedantry, attention to detail, structure, ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
